Jackie Trolling and the Evil Human Rights Commission

Jackie Trolling and the Evil Human Rights Commission

“A satire of online outrage that keeps proving its own point.”

About the book:

In a damp, mould ridden castle, Jackie Trolling rules by ego, money, and outrage, backed by her screeching TERFs and the Evil Human Rights Commission. Alongside Sir Queer Harmer, Waz Shitting, and Doctor Killary Hass, she plots to erase the Tranz Kidz from public life entirely.

The last place she expected to find resistance was magic.

This is a furious, funny, and unapologetic queer satire about power, cruelty, and what happens when trans kids stop asking politely. Blending poetic, fairytale logic, political farce, and zine fuelled rage, this book is a laugh, a release, and a refusal to disappear quietly.

This book is for readers who…

Enjoy sharp, adult satire

Prefer uncomfortable laughs to polite fiction

Like books that punch up

Don’t need to be told what to think

A note from the author:

I wrote this book because I was more interested in understanding what had happened than continuing to argue about it. After being caught in the middle of a very public online storm, I became curious about the patterns, how outrage forms, how it spreads, and how quickly it turns into something rehearsed. This book is an attempt to explore those mechanics through satire rather than explanation, paying attention to the language, the certainty, and the rituals that repeat themselves every time. It’s not about winning an argument; it’s about slowing the moment down long enough to look at it clearly.
